So, like many people, I like to draw dragons hanging out on a rock. Y'know, like they do. I says to myself "but why is it so many dragons hang out on rocks looking spectacular?" BUT NOW I UNDERSTAND!!
This is clearly a "lekking" behavior.
"Lekking" is basically where an animal goes out and finds a great spot to look amazing to impress prospective mates. Most commonly seen it various types of birds, the gentlemen gather in style to be THE MAN FOR YOU!
This dragon is hanging out on its lek, ready to be stunning in the morning sun.
