It was really fun watching you do this.
Going back in and adding the bubbles was a nice touch, also the same way with the webbing between the spikes. The blood is very good from the chest, it feels like it is in water... it splays out and fades. beautiful colors, and you were still able to get good lines without using colored pencil. ;)

Yay, thank you Lydia. That's one of my goals, to be able to get really good crisp definement out of the media, without using any pencils or pens on top of it. You can really push this stuff around a lot, I'm surprised by how you can fix mistakes on watercolor and change things if you change your mind. (which I do a lot) :giggle:

its more versatile than thought of, yet it can create some very HAPPY mistakes. (not as easy in pencil)
a good mix between control and chaos.
we'll do oils next! >.<

Im working up the courage to whip the oils out again. they'll be out and about while you are here so... you can pet them if you like.
